Yoga 4 Change fosters holistic wellbeing, resilience, and transformation for individuals and communities through evidence-based, trauma-informed yoga. All classes are accessible and meant for all levels. Our teachers are trained to meet students where they are, in the moment. This class is free to the public. All you need to bring is a yoga mat, a water bottle, wear breathable clothing, and anything else you might need for a comfy yoga session out in nature.
