Celebrate freedom and heritage at the fifth annual Jacksonville Emancipation Celebration, hosted at Lift Ev’ry Voice and Sing Park. Presented by Councilwoman Ju’Coby Pittman in partnership with The Ritz Theatre & Museum and the City of Jacksonville, this community festival honors Florida’s Emancipation Day with music, history, food, and family fun. Enjoy live performances by The Katz Downstairz — a Jacksonville-born soul and R&B collective — along with more artists to be announced. The evening will feature local African American food trucks, vendors, and kid-friendly activities.
